Matt Littell
Co-Founder
Matt Littell is co-founder of Legacy 41 and a former search entrepreneur who acquired and operated a niche metal manufacturing business before co-leading the search investment practice at Halstatt. He now partners with his wife, Cat, to acquire and grow small businesses, serves on multiple boards, and teaches Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Cat Littell is co-founder of Legacy 41 and an experienced investor and advisor to small business CEOs, having co-led the search investment practice at Halstatt. She works alongside her husband, Matt, to acquire and grow enduring companies and teaches Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mike Dames
CEO, Colography
Mike Dames is responsible for Colography's strategic direction, product portfolio and continued growth. He has 16 years of experience across high-stakes leadership and consulting positions. Mike is a former Captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers and a West Point graduate having done multiple tours in Afghanistan. He earned his MBA from University of Chicago, his MS in Engineering Mgmt from Missouri University of Science & Technology, and his BS, Systems Engineering, from the United States Military Academy, West Point.
Robbie Sutkay
CEO, Pharmacy Data Solutions
Robbie Sutkay has worked in healthcare for 14+ years and has a breadth of leadership experience in the industry. Prior to joining PDS, he spent more than a decade in various roles in the medical device industry, working with hospital administrators to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional outcomes. He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, his MS is Design Innovation from Northwestern University, and his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Erich Lauterbach
CEO, Hanlon Acoustical
Erich Lauterbach is an accomplished executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the construction, building materials, and specialty contracting industries. He earned his MBA from IESE Business School through its Global Executive Program and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz in Germany.
Nick Buege
President, Satterfield Paving
Nick Buege began his career as a management and technology consultant at Deloitte Consulting. After Deloitte, he sought to acquire and run a small business which led to his current role at Satterfield Paving. Nick holds an MBA from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from University of Illinois’ Gies College of Business.
