What we look for
Every business is unique, but the companies we partner with tend to share a few qualities. These are not hard rules, but they give you a sense of where we focus:
Strong businesses. $5–50 million in annual revenue, profitable for 5+ years, and positioned in a clear, defensible niche.
Right timing. An owner ready to hand off leadership, whether retiring fully or stepping back to reduced responsibilities.
Transaction fit. We typically acquire a majority, often 100%, so we can take responsibility for the next chapter with clarity and stability
